Secretary: The Secretary is the organizational backbone of Rockcastle Little League, responsible for keeping meeting minutes, maintaining league records, and ensuring all communications run smoothly between the board and league members.
Treasurer: The Treasurer manages the league’s finances, overseeing budgets, handling all incoming and outgoing funds, and making sure that the league’s financial resources are well-documented and used wisely.
Player Agent: The Player Agent serves as the advocate for all players, overseeing team assignments, player drafts, and any issues related to player eligibility or transfers to ensure fairness and a positive experience for all kids.
Coaching Coordinator: The Coaching Coordinator is in charge of recruiting, training, and supporting the league’s coaches, making sure they have the resources and guidance they need to help young athletes grow both on and off the field.
Safety Officer: The Safety Officer is focused on creating a safe playing environment, developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting field inspections, and ensuring that first aid and emergency plans are in place.
Information Officer: The Information Officer handles the league’s website, social media, and communication platforms, keeping families informed and engaged with up-to-date news, schedules, and announcements.
Sponsorship/Fundraising Manager: The Sponsorship/Fundraising Manager is responsible for securing sponsorships and organizing fundraising events to support the league, building strong relationships with local businesses and community partners to keep our programs thriving.
